• being a super salesman for years, earning many awards from national and international companies,
• forming effective groups such as Business Men's Fellowship where he has been president for more than 30 years,
• appearing on national television,
• having the innate ability to relate to people and encourage them to succeed regardless of the circumstances.

Personal Relationship with Christ: Chuck's personal relationship with Jesus and living a life of faith began as a young boy in Ohio. His life is full of many wondrous miracles and deeds that God has promised to all who believe.

Family: Chuck and Rosemarie have been married for 40 years, and have two children, Thomas W. Damato and Pamela Damato Bogart. Chuck and Rosemarie have lived in Thousand Oaks since 1978.

Career: Chuck began his career in the automobile business over 25 years ago, working for such manufactures as BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes Benz. He has always maintained an open, honest relationship, practicing solid Christian principles, with both employer and customer. In 1993, Chuck became self-employed and began a new career in the field of sales, working with international diagnostic testing equipment. Setting goals in his business life, and taking a step of faith into a new business, his goals and needs have been met beyond his own expectation. As a result, in 1996 being named "Outstanding Salesman of the Year" by his company.

Testimony: One of the powerful key points to Chuck's testimony focuses on God's intervention in preventing the death of his teenage son. Despondent over personal problems, his son attempted to take his own life by firing a rifle through his mouth. Chuck relates how Christians from around the world united in prayer, with miles of separation not a factor, asking God to heal and raise up Tom. The Lord has anointed Chuck to bring restoration and reconciliation to troubled marriages and teenagers. Chuck's testimony is alive, positive and declares that God's faithfulness and protective power is available to Christians today.

Ministry: Chuck has recently appeared on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) in Nashville as guest of Matt and Lori Crouch on "Behind the Scenes." He has also shared on the "Good News" television programs, and made two guest appearances on the "700 Club." Chuck and Rosemarie also aired a television talk show entitled, "Celebrate." He served as an International Director of FGBMFI and President of the fastest-growing chapter in California (Thousand Oaks), as well as leading Leadership Training Seminars, men's advances, and a successful outreach airlift to South Africa. Today, Chuck serves as a National Director in Business Men's Fellowship, is President of the Thousand Oaks BMF Chapter, chairs the Membership Committee, and is chairman and instructor for the BMF Encouragement Weekend Training sessions. Chuck travels extensively in BMF ministry sharing his testimony and conducting chapter-training seminars.
